Meet The Visionaries
Dr. Ralph and his wife Regina Dartey are the Founders and General Overseers of Transforming Life Centre International (“TLC”) headquartered in Ottawa, Canada .
The church has many local and international branches across the world. Regina and Ralph spearhead a dynamic team of humble leaders and Pastors to shepherd the King’s Palace – head branch of TLC here in Ottawa, a place where God is truly at work. Dr. Ralph carries a unique Apostolic and Prophetic calling to establish churches, strengthen many in the body of Christ worldwide, to raise leaders and transform lives.
He is also a gifted and a multi-talented musician, worship leader, song writer, recording artist and author. His first book entitled Fighting Discouragement focuses on mental health awareness.
He has a passion for the body of Christ and is driven to transform lives. He is determined to reach a million people for Christ and to plant 1000 churches worldwide.
Moreover, Pastor Ralph is a renowned teacher and an anointed preacher of the Word. He is a mentor, a visionary leader, and a leadership coach. His teachings are filled with deep spiritual insights and rare revelations, which have not only impacted but transformed lives and raised many leaders, equipping them for the work of the kingdom of God. He speaks year round at many churches , conferences across the nations of the world and is the overseer of a bible college at TLC.
Pastor Ralph and and his lovely wife Pastor Regina have raised four wonderful boys: Reuel, Ralph Jnr., Reziah, and Reginald. They are all involved in ministry, carrying a unique blend of the Apostolic, Minstrel and Prophetic gifting and anointing. Reuel and Ralph Jnr. serve as Pastors alongside their parents. They are overseers of two powerful youth movements for God: The Campus Rush Movement and the Bridge whereby they invade university campuses with the Word of God, the Spirit , innovation, and the Song. With the Bridge, they empower the mind of adolescents with the Word Of God, teaching them to develop trust, esteem and leadership skills. Both movements are christian based leading the youth and millennials back to Christ.
Dr Dartey has been honoured in many places and has received numerous awards over the years. Amongst them was the Nelson Mandela Legacy Award , a 2016 recipient. Dr. Dartey most recent award was received from the member of Parliament during Canada’s 150th anniversary for his spiritual guidance and work in the city of Ottawa.
In spite of his many achievements, Ralph’s proudest achievement is being a husband, a father, a servant and vessel used by God to transform the lives of others. He is known for his love for people and his love for the Word of God. Above all, he carries an insatiable appetite for prayer.
